Our classes rotate weekly: Week 1: HIIT Week 2: Body Conditioning Week 3: Dance Week 4: Stretching Next 4 Week Schedule: October 10th: HIIT October 17th: Body Conditioning October 24th: Dance November 7th: Stretching Class Breakdown HIIT: During this High Intensity Interval Training, we will elevate your heart rate using various techniques such as running, skipping, and jumping. Body Conditioning: During this Body Conditioning Training, we will tone and strengthen your muscles using body weight and resistance bands. Dance: During this Dance Session, we will focus on rhythm and movement, helping you to improve your steps and coordination. Stretching: During this Stretching Session, we will focus on relaxing the body while improving your flexibility and range of motion. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to RAE Fitness. To ensure the highest level of service and clarity for our members, we have outlined the following nonrefundable policy for our monthly membership fitness classes: Monthly Membership Fee All monthly membership fees are nonrefundable. This includes any payments made upfront for future months, as well as any partial months in the case of cancellation or non-attendance. No Refunds for Non-Attendance Membership fees cover the availability of classes for the month, regardless of attendance. Failure to attend scheduled classes does not entitle members to refunds or prorated fees for missed sessions. Class Cancellations by the Member If a member is unable to attend a class, they may reschedule for a different time (subject to availability). However, no refunds or credits will be given for missed or cancelled classes, and unused classes do not carry over into the following month. Membership Cancellation Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, the membership fee for the current month is nonrefundable. Cancellation will take effect the following month, and no further payments will be charged. RAE Fitness Cancellations In the event that a class is cancelled by RAE Fitness, members will be offered an alternative class or session at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be applied to the next billing cycle, but no cash refunds will be provided. Special Promotions & Discounts Any fees paid under special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers are also nonrefundable. Members are encouraged to fully review the terms of such offers before committing. Medical or Special Circumstances In the event of a medical condition or other special circumstances, members may be eligible for a membership freeze or deferment. However, all requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval by management. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances, but a credit may be applied for future use. Changes to the Policy RAE Fitness reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance, and the updated policy will apply to all future payments. By signing up for a monthly membership, members agree to the terms and conditions of this nonrefundable policy.
